Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage and deliver ISO/IEC 17025 compliance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current systems and implement data-driven solutions to enhance testing accuracy, reduce variability, and improve overall operational performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams, management, and external auditors, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential compliance or operational challenges proactively.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including SOPs, audit trails, and compliance reports, in compliance with international standards.
• Training & Mentorship: Lead training sessions for staff on ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, fostering a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.
