Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation: Stay abreast of evolving governmental regulations, including those from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other relevant authorities, and ensure immediate implementation of updates. Provide comprehensive support to departments during accreditation processes, ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, analyze, and organize data for organizational development reports, presentations, and strategic projects. Leverage insights to inform decision-making and drive evidence-based improvements.
• Employee Engagement and Culture Enhancement: Actively participate in initiatives designed to boost employee satisfaction, engagement, and organizational culture. Foster a collaborative environment that aligns with our values of integrity, respect, and excellence.
