Operator – Drive Operational Excellence and Process Optimization

As an Operator at NAPCO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functionality of critical assets while driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. This position demands a meticulous, analytical, and proactive mindset to monitor, analyze, and optimize asset performance, ensuring minimal downtime and peak operational readiness.

In this dynamic role, you will leverage advanced condition monitoring techniques to assess asset health in real-time, interpreting complex data to make informed decisions that enhance maintenance strategies. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing resource allocation, reducing operational costs, and maintaining asset reliability—key pillars of NAPCO’s operational excellence framework.

You will be instrumental in embedding Lean Manufacturing Principles across our operations, including Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory management, Six Sigma methodologies, Ishikawa (Fishbone) analysis, 5S workplace organization, Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED), and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle. By applying these tools, you will streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement—ensuring NAPCO remains agile, responsive, and competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

Your responsibilities will extend to quality assurance, where you will conduct rigorous inspections and tests on tools, spare parts, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products. Utilizing a range of laboratory equipment—from basic to sophisticated—you will verify compliance with engineering specifications and procedural standards, identifying deviations promptly to mitigate risks and ensure product integrity.

Beyond technical execution, you will take ownership of organizing and planning work activities with precision. Your ability to align short-term tasks with long-term objectives will be critical in driving productivity, meeting deadlines, and delivering consistent results. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
