In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of Bayer Consumer Health (BCH) in Saudi Arabia, acting as the primary liaison between our organization and regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders. Your responsibilities will span strategic regulatory management, portfolio oversight, and fostering collaborative relationships to ensure compliance, innovation, and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Represent BCH as a trusted and authoritative voice in all regulatory and scientific matters, building strong networks with national regulators, industry organizations, and opinion leaders to enhance Bayer’s reputation and influence in the Kingdom.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing authorizations for new and existing products in Saudi Arabia, including cosmetics, medical devices, and food supplements, ensuring alignment with local and global regulatory standards.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to local business teams and regional/global functions on regulatory strategies, risk mitigation, and compliance processes to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
• Regulatory Excellence: Develop and implement tailored regulatory strategies that address the unique needs of the Saudi market, ensuring consumer-centricity and regulatory compliance while fostering long-term business sustainability.
• Issue and Risk Management: Lead proactive management of product-related risks and regulatory challenges, collaborating with commercial leads to align with public policy goals and promote self-care awareness among governmental authorities.
• Scientific Office Leadership: Direct the Scientific Office in Saudi Arabia, ensuring operational efficiency and serving as a critical liaison between Bayer and governmental stakeholders. Monitor emerging regulatory trends and share actionable intelligence with internal teams.
• Regulatory Intelligence: Continuously assess and interpret local and global regulatory landscapes, communicating insights to relevant departments to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate potential risks.
• Representation and Advocacy: Act as Bayer’s representative in local trade associations and regulatory committees, contributing to industry-wide discussions and advancing our collective mission.
