Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of therapeutic activities, including:

• Clinical Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify functional strengths and barriers, ensuring interventions are aligned with client goals.
• Intervention Delivery: Implement evidence-backed therapeutic techniques to improve daily living skills, fine/gross motor function, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors.
• Collaborative Care: Partner with physicians, speech therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and social workers to deliver cohesive, multidisciplinary care.
• Client and Family Education: Empower clients and their families with practical strategies to support independence and long-term well-being.
• Progress Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of client progress, adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in case reviews, contribute to policy development, and advocate for best practices in occupational therapy.
