Site Administrator / QA/QC – Ensuring Excellence in Operations at Ladun, Riyadh

Ladun is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator / QA/QC Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless execution of quality assurance and quality control protocols across our operational sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures to ensure all site activities adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in all operations.
• Site Oversight: Monitor site activities to identify potential quality issues, conduct regular inspections, and take corrective actions to prevent deviations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and operational teams to align QA/QC efforts with project goals and timelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and address quality-related risks proactively, ensuring minimal disruptions to site operations and project delivery.
• Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to site personnel on QA/QC protocols, fostering a culture of quality awareness and adherence.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in QA/QC, site administration, or a similar role within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, or industry-specific regulations).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with QA/QC software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multilingual environment.
