As a key member of our patient acquisition team, your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Engagement and Consultation: Conduct thorough, compassionate consultations with prospective patients to assess their needs, explain treatment options, and guide them through the decision-making process with clarity and professionalism.
• Educational Outreach: Develop and deliver informative content—whether through workshops, webinars, or one-on-one sessions—to educate communities on fertility health, treatment processes, and success rates, fostering trust and awareness.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with patients, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure a positive experience from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with clinical teams, administrative staff, and marketing departments to align patient acquisition strategies with operational goals and enhance the overall patient journey.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze patient feedback, engagement metrics, and market trends to refine acquisition strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in patient acquisition, medical consulting, or client relations, preferably within the healthcare or fertility sector.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance multiple patient inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with fertility treatments, reproductive health, and industry terminology is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable for engaging with local patients and communities.
