As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development, operations, and security, ensuring that our systems are not only robust but also aligned with industry-leading best practices. Key Responsibilities

You will lead the design, implementation, and management of Kubernetes-based platforms, ensuring they are optimized for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and managing Kubernetes clusters for enterprise applications, leveraging best practices in container orchestration to ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and resource allocation.
• Administering and optimizing cluster operations, including node management, storage solutions, and network configurations, to maintain high availability and performance.
• Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that automate application delivery, ensuring rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Deploying and managing applications using advanced container orchestration techniques, including GPU workloads for AI and machine learning platforms, to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Enforcing security best practices across on-premises and cloud environments, including access control, secrets management, and compliance monitoring to safeguard sensitive data and infrastructure.
• Implementing GitOps workflows to automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments, ensuring version-controlled, auditable, and reproducible environments.
• Collaborating with development teams to streamline deployment processes, reduce manual intervention, and accelerate time-to-market for critical applications.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing resource usage to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Documenting system architecture, workflows, and operational procedures to foster knowledge sharing, improve maintainability, and ensure smooth onboarding for team members.
• Evaluating and integrating tools such as Rancher or OpenShift to enhance cluster management, scalability, and operational visibility.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by extensive hands-on experience in production environments.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (K8s), including experience with GPU workloads (e.g., NVIDIA GPU Operator, CUDA environments) and advanced container orchestration techniques.
• Proven experience with Rancher and/or OpenShift for cluster management, as well as familiarity with Linux system administration and networking concepts.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies to enable seamless deployments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) to ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution.
• A commitment to security, with a deep understanding of best practices for access control, secrets management, and compliance in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
