الوصف الوظيفي

Quality Coordinator – Drive Excellence in Patient Care at Madeeda Hospitals

Join Madeeda Hospitals, a 340-bed healthcare leader in Riyadh, as our next Quality Coordinator. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and accreditation across our specialized non-acute care services—ranging from advanced rehabilitation and long-term mechanical ventilation to renal dialysis and mental health support. Our mission is to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a warm, homelike environment, and we are seeking a detail-oriented professional to uphold these commitments through meticulous coordination, documentation, and strategic planning.

In this full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, you will serve as the linchpin between clinical and non-clinical departments, ensuring seamless alignment with accreditation requirements, policy adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining Madeeda Hospitals’ reputation as a trusted provider of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

As the Quality Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accreditation Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for accreditation-related activities, ensuring all departments meet requirements and deadlines. Develop and oversee action plans to address gaps, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support accreditation readiness.
  • Educational and Training Coordination: Manage the hospital’s educational calendar, including staff training programs, audits, and meetings. Ensure timely execution of planned activities while tracking participation and outcomes to foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Documentation and Policy Management: Support the development, review, and revision of policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant departments. Maintain organized quality documentation, records, and evidence files, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accurate, and readily accessible for audits or accreditation reviews.
  • Departmental Support: Collaborate closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the timely completion and submission of required quality documents and evidence. Act as a bridge between departments and leadership, facilitating communication and resolving discrepancies to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Accreditation Preparation: Lead the preparation and organization of accreditation documentation and evidence, including the compilation of departmental files and reports. Follow up with stakeholders to address outstanding requirements and ensure all criteria are met before review periods.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong clinical or healthcare background and a proven track record in quality assurance. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Healthcare Expertise: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a preference for candidates who have held roles in quality management or related functions.
  • Accreditation Experience: Hands-on experience in hospital accreditation activities, particularly in preparing documentation, evidence, and departmental files, is highly valued. Familiarity with international or regional accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, ISO, or local healthcare regulations) is a significant advantage.
  • Quality and Safety Knowledge: A deep understanding of healthcare quality principles, patient safety protocols, and accreditation requirements. Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives or risk management strategies is a plus.
  • Coordination and Follow-Up Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex workflows, deadlines, and cross-departmental follow-ups. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams—from nursing and medical staff to administrative and executive leadership—is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including advanced data entry, tracking, formatting, and the creation of reports and dashboards. Experience with healthcare-specific software or databases is beneficial.
  • Communication and Writing: Outstanding English communication and writing skills to draft clear, concise, and professional documentation. Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue with stakeholders at all levels.

If you are passionate about elevating healthcare standards and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, we invite you to apply for this impactful role at Madeeda Hospitals. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of non-acute care in Riyadh.
