Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, and performance reports to support decision-making and strategic planning for joint ventures.
• Joint Venture Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and contractual agreements governing joint venture operations.
• Intercompany Transactions: Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, allocations, and settlements to maintain financial accuracy and alignment across partners.
• Risk & Control Monitoring: Identify financial risks, implement internal controls, and recommend improvements to safeguard assets and optimize financial health.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with legal, procurement, and operational teams to align financial strategies with business objectives and joint venture goals.
• Process Optimization: Streamline accounting workflows, leverage technology, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
