Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership in IT Infrastructure: Oversee and manage our comprehensive IT infrastructure, encompassing LAN, WAN, cloud environments, and on-premises systems to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
• Core Application and Connectivity Support: Maintain and enhance enterprise connectivity and core application hosting services, ensuring they remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance: Manage critical infrastructure components, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi-Fi, and disaster recovery systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity, leveraging data-driven insights to proactively address bottlenecks and ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, outages, and performance challenges with precision, minimizing impact on business operations.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security protocols through regular maintenance, upgrades, and vulnerability assessments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records. Produce regular performance reports and infrastructure diagrams to support strategic decision-making.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to safeguard our systems against threats and ensure business continuity.
• Project and Initiative Support: Provide technical expertise and innovative infrastructure solutions to support IT projects, digital initiatives, and organizational growth.

Qualifications and Technical Expertise

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent are a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential to facilitate seamless communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration, ensuring secure and efficient cloud-based collaboration.
• Proven experience with Azure AD and cloud-based services, including hybrid infrastructure models.
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies and Cisco networking solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC, and network security best practices.
• Familiarity with data center operations, enterprise infrastructure environments, and storage solutions.
• Expertise in backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools to ensure data integrity and business resilience.
• Knowledge of IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services to support global communication needs.
• Strong grasp of information security controls and compliance frameworks to safeguard sensitive data.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Networking, with a focus on enterprise-scale environments. Your background should include:

• Proven experience supporting critical business systems and infrastructure operations.
• A deep understanding of cloud services and hybrid infrastructure models.
