As a **Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer**, you will be at the forefront of infrastructure innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following critical functions:

• Enterprise Application Hosting & Optimization: Manage and support enterprise application hosting environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability while adhering to industry standards.
• Server & Database Administration: Provide hands-on expertise in administering and troubleshooting **IIS, Windows Server, and SQL Server**, ensuring seamless operation of web applications and production environments.
• Multi-Layer Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across network, security, application, and database layers, leveraging your deep technical knowledge to maintain system integrity.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity controls, including SSL certificate management, IIS security configurations, authentication protocols, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data.
• Infrastructure Resilience: Oversee backup strategies, disaster recovery planning, and recovery testing to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to address technical challenges, implement improvements, and drive operational excellence.
• Change & Incident Management: Apply structured methodologies for change management, incident resolution, and root cause analysis to enhance system stability and reliability.
• Advanced Web & Application Support: Extend your expertise to support **Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and Web Application Firewalls (WAF)** to ensure optimal performance and security.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• **Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience** in cloud and infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise application hosting and server administration.
• Proven expertise in **IIS, Windows Server, and SQL Server**, including administration, troubleshooting, and optimization in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of **networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls**, including SSL/TLS configurations, authentication mechanisms, and access management.
• Experience with **Apache, Tomcat, Java applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF** to support diverse application ecosystems.
• Familiarity with **backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing** methodologies to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• A **problem-solving mindset** with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
• Strong **communication and collaboration skills** to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical leadership.
