We are seeking a visionary Dynamics 365 FinOps ERP Manager to lead the strategic implementation, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) across our global enterprise. As the architect of our ERP ecosystem, you will oversee end-to-end management of Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM, ensuring seamless integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail, Real Estate, and Corporate Services. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, mitigating risks, and maximizing business value through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Your strategic and operational responsibilities will include:

• Strategic ERP Leadership: Lead the vision, implementation, and ongoing governance of Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Implementation & Optimization: Oversee ERP deployments, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements to future-proof the system and drive operational efficiency across multiple business units.
• Performance & Security Management: Monitor system health, security protocols, licensing compliance, and risk mitigation to maintain a stable, high-performance ERP environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail, Real Estate, and Corporate Services teams to ensure ERP capabilities directly support business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop ERP functional and technical teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with Microsoft, implementation partners, and external ERP specialists to leverage expertise and ensure cutting-edge solutions.
• Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement of business processes and ERP capabilities, leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance agility and scalability.
• Issue Resolution: Lead root cause analysis and rapid resolution of critical production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational resilience.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of ERP experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including financial management, procurement, inventory, and retail operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing ERP teams, driving implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Proven expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Retail processes, with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and project/portfolio management skills to navigate complex, multi-entity environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Arabic is a requirement to facilitate cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural setting.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following certifications and experiences will strengthen your candidacy:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
• Dynamics 365 FinOps certifications specializing in Finance, SCM, or Retail.
• Demonstrable leadership experience in large, complex, multi-entity organizations, driving ERP strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
