In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing lucrative group and catering accounts—both new and existing—that deliver exceptional value to our organization. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution from initial inquiry to final delivery, while maximizing revenue through upselling creative packages, food and beverage solutions, and tailored event experiences. This role requires a proactive, results-driven mindset with a keen eye for market trends, competitive positioning, and customer-centric strategies.

• Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and pursue high-potential group and catering opportunities that align with our company’s strategic goals. Develop and execute targeted sales plans to maximize revenue through upselling, creative event solutions, and market differentiation.
• Manage High-Value Accounts: Oversee end-to-end management of group and catering bookings, ensuring timely and flawless execution. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service experiences that exceed client expectations.
• Build Lasting Customer Relationships: Foster deep, long-term relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and anticipating their needs. Engage in strategic initiatives such as FAM trips, trade shows, and community outreach to expand our customer base and drive repeat business.
• Leverage Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and economic factors to position our offerings competitively. Utilize negotiation skills and creative problem-solving to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.
• Ensure Service Excellence: Champion our brand’s commitment to exceptional customer service by adhering to rigorous standards and delivering outstanding experiences at every touchpoint. Train and mentor team members to uphold these standards and reinforce customer loyalty.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, hospitality, or related fields. Ideal candidates will meet one of the following criteria:

• Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least two years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk operations, or a related professional role.
• OR A two-year degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related discipline, with no prior work experience required.
