• Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the creation of high-impact campaigns that balance creativity with measurable results. Craft compelling narratives, content, and visual assets tailored to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Ensure content is optimized for each platform while maintaining brand consistency and adaptability.
• Performance Marketing and Growth: Oversee paid advertising campaigns with a focus on acquisition cost, conversion rates, retention, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Continuously test and refine audiences, messaging, creatives, and landing pages to maximize campaign profitability. Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance conversion funnels and customer journeys.
• Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay ahead of cultural, technological, and consumer trends—particularly those relevant to Saudi audiences—to identify opportunities for differentiation. Foster a culture of experimentation by rapidly testing new channels, formats, and tools, ensuring that trends are leveraged strategically rather than reactively.
• Brand Storytelling and Differentiation: Build a distinctive and memorable brand identity that resonates across all touchpoints, including customer interactions, partnerships, and internal culture. Develop storytelling initiatives that elevate our brand beyond mere advertisements, creating lasting impressions and fostering advocacy.
• Team Development and Scalability: Scale the marketing function by building and mentoring a high-performing team. Establish scalable systems for content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking to ensure long-term growth and adaptability.
