We are seeking a **Senior Network Security Engineer** to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic and impactful role, your responsibilities will include:

• Architect and Deploy Enterprise-Grade Networks: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive LAN/WAN, wireless (Aruba), and voice communication systems to ensure seamless connectivity and reliability across our operations.
• Secure and Optimize Network Infrastructure: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Aruba switches, access points, and next-generation firewalls (NGFW) to fortify our network against evolving cyber threats while maintaining peak performance.
• Lead SD-WAN and Network Modernization: Implement and optimize Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solutions to enhance scalability, agility, and performance, aligning with our strategic digital objectives.
• Ensure Robust Security Compliance: Monitor network security protocols, enforce best practices, and conduct proactive threat assessments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Drive Strategic Infrastructure Projects: Lead end-to-end infrastructure initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments, to future-proof our network capabilities and support business growth.
• Integrate Advanced Security Solutions: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and optimize solutions such as Zscaler, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Avaya communication systems, and CCTV infrastructure, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within our team.
• Document and Standardize Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, security policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistency, traceability, and ease of scalability.

Qualifications and Technical Expertise

To excel in this role, you must possess a robust blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for driving technological advancement. We are looking for:

• Professional Certifications: At least one recognized certification in network or security, such as CCNA, CCNP, Aruba ACMP/ACSP, or NSE4, demonstrating your commitment to staying ahead in the field.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in network security, wireless LAN, or voice communication, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
• Aruba Networking Expertise: At least two years of experience configuring and managing Aruba switches and access points, ensuring seamless wireless and wired network operations.
• Next-Generation Firewall and SD-WAN Proficiency: One year or more of experience with next-generation firewalls and SD-WAN technologies, enabling you to design and deploy secure, high-performance network architectures.
• Advanced Networking Knowledge: Deep expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VPNs, and network security best practices to safeguard our infrastructure against emerging threats.
• Integration Experience: Familiarity with Zscaler, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Avaya communication systems, and CCTV solutions, allowing you to seamlessly integrate these technologies into our network ecosystem.
• Project Leadership: A proven ability to lead infrastructure projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business goals.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
