Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant – Drive Operational Excellence at Centillion Hub Ltd

As a Senior SAP PP & QM Consultant, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, SAP experts, and business stakeholders, to design, implement, and support end-to-end SAP solutions. Your strategic insights and hands-on technical expertise will be instrumental in aligning SAP systems with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration, and driving continuous improvement across production and quality management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• SAP Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PP and QM modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client-specific requirements. Develop tailored solutions that enhance production planning, resource management, and quality control processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in production and quality management workflows, and propose data-driven solutions to streamline operations. Leverage your expertise to implement process improvements that reduce costs, minimize downtime, and enhance overall productivity.
• Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating their business needs into technical SAP requirements. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success of SAP solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Stay abreast of the latest SAP advancements and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP PP and QM modules. Conduct root-cause analysis to address system performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability and reliability of SAP environments.
• Project Management: Oversee end-to-end SAP projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess a strong blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and a passion for driving operational excellence. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP Certified Associate or Professional certifications in PP and QM modules are highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience (7+ years) in SAP PP and QM modules, with a deep understanding of production planning, capacity management, quality inspection, and non-conformance handling. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other SAP versions is a must.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or quality management processes in industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods. Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous for the Riyadh location.
