As a Credit & Collection Manager within our dynamic finance team, you will play a critical role in optimizing cash flow, minimizing receivables, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Your role will focus on designing and executing highly effective collection strategies that align with our financial objectives while maintaining a customer-centric approach. You will:

• Develop and refine collection policies by analyzing current processes, assessing financial goals, and ensuring strategies are optimized for maximum efficiency and revenue protection.
• Create and implement personalized collection plans to resolve overdue accounts promptly, reducing outstanding debt and improving cash flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust credit terms and risk assessment frameworks, ensuring alignment between collection efforts and financial risk mitigation.
• Monitor and analyze aged accounts receivable reports to identify delinquent accounts, track their status, and prioritize collection efforts based on urgency and impact.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients, offering flexible yet sustainable solutions to encourage timely settlements while preserving professional relationships.
• Handle escalated accounts with diplomacy and strategic insight, resolving disputes and formalizing revised payment terms—including in-person visits for high-risk or strategic clients when necessary.
• Maintain proactive client communication to foster trust and encourage consistent, prompt payments, ensuring long-term business continuity.
• Track and report on collection performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
