Key Responsibilities

As our Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor, your responsibilities will include:

• Capturing high-quality footage using professional-grade smartphones and editing tools to produce polished, ready-to-publish content that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
• Staying ahead of social media trends and leveraging data-driven insights to refine content strategies, ensuring our output remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with audience preferences.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to execute a cohesive monthly content calendar, balancing creativity with strategic objectives to achieve measurable results.
• Optimizing content performance by analyzing engagement metrics and adjusting creative approaches to enhance reach, interaction, and conversion rates.
• Contributing to brand storytelling through innovative video concepts, ensuring that every piece of content reinforces our brand’s identity and values.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, video production, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, VEED, Canva, or similar tools, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to produce professional-grade edits efficiently.
• A deep understanding of social media platforms, including their unique algorithms, best practices, and evolving trends, to ensure content is optimized for maximum impact.
