Your Impact

As the **Content & Community Specialist**, you will own the end-to-end content strategy, from ideation to execution, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with LIVSHO’s brand voice and campaign objectives. This is a hands-on, creative role where your ability to think dynamically and execute with precision will drive engagement and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and manage a dynamic content calendar that translates campaign priorities and live shows into a cohesive publishing schedule. Craft compelling briefs and deadlines to ensure timely and impactful content delivery.
• Short-Form Video Production: Produce high-quality short-form video content, including seller spotlights, product stories, educational explainers, and live-show highlights. Your videos should feature strong hooks, engaging pacing, and clear calls to action to maximize viewer retention and interaction.
• Everyday Creative Excellence: Design and produce visually appealing show announcements, campaign graphics, and promotional assets while adhering to brand guidelines. Adapt these assets seamlessly across multiple channels to maintain consistency and brand recognition.
• Storytelling and Community Engagement: Collaborate with sellers and internal teams to gather authentic footage and accurate product details. Coordinate content capture during planned shoots in Jeddah to ensure rich, relatable storytelling.
• Community Management: Act as the voice of the community by responding thoughtfully to comments, messages, and inquiries. Foster meaningful participation, address service issues promptly, and route escalations to the appropriate support teams.
• Creator and Seller Coordination: Work closely with creators and sellers to align content requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure seamless collaboration to amplify campaign priorities under the guidance of the Growth Lead.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key performance metrics such as watch time, engagement quality, traffic, and show attendance. Use insights to refine content strategies, improve formats, and enhance future cycles for greater impact.
• Production and Asset Management: Maintain an organized asset library with clear naming conventions and permissions. Verify factual accuracy before publication to uphold the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative professional with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of digital content creation. Your expertise in short-form video and community engagement will be instrumental in driving LIVSHO’s vision forward. Key qualifications include:

• A robust portfolio showcasing your short-form video editing skills, accompanied by a clear explanation of your creative process and past work.
• Proficient Arabic writing skills with a keen sensitivity to the cultural nuances, humor, and interests of GCC audiences. Fluency in English is also essential for seamless collaboration.
• Confidence in video creation, from concept development to final publication, with a reliable workflow that ensures consistency and quality.
• Strong community judgment and attention to detail, enabling you to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting campaign objectives.
• Full-time availability for on-site work in Jeddah, including participation in planned content capture sessions during live shows or events.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be highly valued:

• Experience creating content for niche markets such as gaming, anime, collectibles, trading cards, or consumer marketplaces.
• Comfort filming products and individuals, as well as collaborating with creators or appearing on camera when necessary.

Your First 90 Days

• Days 1-30: Foundation and Audit – Immerse yourself in understanding our audience, brand voice, and existing content. Conduct a comprehensive audit of current content assets and establish a practical content calendar and workflow.
• Days 31-60: Consistency and Testing – Publish content consistently and experiment with repeatable formats for seller stories, product content, and show promotions. Refine your approach based on early performance insights.
• Days 61-90: Optimization and Impact – Identify the most effective content formats and refine your turnaround processes. Demonstrate measurable progress against agreed content objectives, showcasing your ability to drive meaningful engagement and growth.
