This strategic position, facilitated by Tamer Services Company (TSC), offers the opportunity to bridge critical HR functions with government platforms, talent acquisition, and business operations—ensuring seamless alignment with both organizational goals and Saudi regulatory standards.

As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s operational backbone, fostering compliance, and driving talent initiatives that propel the organization forward. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of the Saudi business landscape, regulatory frameworks, and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

Your Impact

Your expertise will be essential in maintaining regulatory compliance, streamlining administrative workflows, and supporting the company’s growth in the competitive pharmaceutical industry. Here’s what your day-to-day will entail:

Core Responsibilities

  • Government & Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary liaison between the organization and Saudi government platforms, ensuring seamless navigation of statutory requirements through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Seha. Coordinate all government-related documentation, renewals, and submissions to maintain full compliance and mitigate risks. Monitor and track regulatory deadlines, SFDA meetings, and conference approvals, ensuring timely adherence to legal and operational mandates. Your strategic oversight will safeguard business continuity and uphold the highest standards of regulatory excellence.
  • Business & Office Operations: Serve as the operational backbone of the organization by managing day-to-day administrative functions, workplace logistics, and vendor coordination. Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational challenges, optimize service delivery, and maintain meticulous documentation. Your organizational acumen will be vital in supporting internship programs and managing related administrative processes, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Talent Acquisition & Local Market Engagement: Provide end-to-end support for recruitment initiatives, aligning with Saudi market practices and organizational talent strategies. Engage in candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback documentation, contributing to the identification and onboarding of top-tier talent. Leverage your local market expertise to attract and retain skilled professionals, fostering a diverse and high-performing workforce.

Why This Role Matters

  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Seha, along with a comprehensive understanding of local regulatory and employment requirements.
  • Proven experience in coordinating with government entities, vendors, and external service providers, demonstrating exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.
