In this full-time, on-site position, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, expertly managing reservations with precision, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to service. Your responsibilities will span across multiple facets of guest relations, including:

• Comprehensive Reservation Management: Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations with efficiency, whether received via phone, email, or traditional channels. Utilize your keen attention to detail to identify guest preferences and recommend the most suitable room types, rates, and amenities to enhance their stay.
• Expert Guidance and Policy Clarity: Clearly communicate reservation policies, including guarantees, special rates, and cancellation terms, ensuring guests feel informed and valued. Address inquiries about property facilities, services, and room accommodations with confidence and professionalism.
• Special Requests and Revenue Optimization: Accommodate and document unique guest requests while applying strategic sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and manage data in our advanced reservation system, accurately coding special room types such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspections, and wholesale reservations.
• Escalation and Conflict Resolution: Adhere to escalation protocols to resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically, ensuring their experience remains positive and aligned with our commitment to excellence.
• Guest Engagement and Accessibility: Welcome and acknowledge all guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and assisting individuals with disabilities with sensitivity and care. Deliver exceptional service with genuine appreciation, fostering long-term loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
• Operational Excellence and Compliance: Uphold all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect proprietary information while ensuring a clean, professional appearance at all times.
