Verify that construction works align with technical drawings, regulatory requirements, and project-specific guidelines. Manage hold points, witness points, and inspection checkpoints to prevent deviations and ensure seamless project execution.
• Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions: Investigate and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs) with urgency and precision. Track recurring quality issues, implement corrective measures, and collaborate with project teams to verify their effectiveness. Maintain detailed records of quality incidents, root cause analyses, and improvement actions to drive long-term excellence.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a bridge between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication on all quality-related matters. Present updates on project quality performance in progress meetings and participate in technical discussions on workmanship, materials, and construction practices. Promote quality awareness through training initiatives and champion a culture of excellence across all stakeholders.
• Reporting and Documentation: Compile comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports, summarizing inspections, audits, non-conformities, and performance trends. Maintain meticulous records of inspections, test results, and approvals, ensuring all documentation is properly controlled, updated, and archived. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to project management for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience
