Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones using advanced tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or other industry-standard software. Ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control project budgets, forecasting costs, and identifying variances to ensure financial discipline and efficiency. Collaborate with finance teams to optimize resource allocation and minimize cost overruns.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables. Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard project success.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to track project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables. Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals. Present complex data in an accessible format to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, audits, and compliance records.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage industry best practices and innovative methodologies to enhance project control processes. Contribute to the development of standardized procedures that elevate project performance across Egis.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or CAPM are a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in project control, scheduling, and cost management, with proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar software. Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project control, construction, or infrastructure projects. Experience in the Saudi market or within the Middle East region is highly desirable.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions. Exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach are essential.
• Communication and Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Ability to present technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and executives.
