Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Integration: Design and evaluate **scalable, secure, and FHIR-compliant system architectures** that support seamless data exchange. Recommend and implement **API-driven integration strategies**, microservices frameworks, and cloud-based solutions to enhance system agility and performance.
• Process Optimization & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to **streamline healthcare operations, reduce costs, and improve data accuracy** through automation and digitalization. Focus on optimizing **financial health services, payer-provider workflows, and digital transformation roadmaps** to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Technology Enablement: Advise on the adoption of **modern technologies**, including **RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms**, to support secure, scalable, and future-proof healthcare data management. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A **Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Computer Science** (or equivalent). Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Experience: **9+ years in the Health Tech industry**, with a proven track record in **healthcare IT systems (HIE, HIS, payer-provider platforms)**. Experience with **nphies platform, standards, and operational models** is highly advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in **FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability frameworks**, including **RESTful APIs, SQL (Oracle included), and enterprise integration patterns**.
