As the **Infra Operations Manager**, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for monitoring, incident response, and on-call support, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our critical systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the availability, reliability, and performance of our regional network, data center, and AWS cloud infrastructure—delivering uninterrupted service to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of operational leadership responsibilities, including:

• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and grow the Saudi Operations team, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes efficiency, accountability, and operational readiness. Establish clear processes for monitoring, incident response, and on-call management to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Operations: Own the end-to-end availability, reliability, and performance of our network, data center, and AWS cloud infrastructure. Implement best practices for infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Incident & Problem Management: Lead incident response efforts, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and drive problem resolution to minimize service disruptions. Oversee service restoration activities and ensure lessons learned are documented for future operational improvements.
• Change & Risk Management: Champion safe and controlled execution of infrastructure, network, and cloud changes. Conduct rigorous risk assessments and develop robust rollback plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with global engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), security, facilities, vendors, and service owners to enhance operational resilience. Align regional operations with global strategies to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure, network, cloud, data center, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) operations, with a strong focus on 24x7 production environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in high-stakes operational settings, demonstrating the ability to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deep expertise in networking protocols such as BGP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, and WAN architectures, ensuring robust and secure network operations.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including cloud monitoring, incident management, and operational reporting tools. Familiarity with AWS best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with **Webex, collaboration platforms, or real-time communication systems**, providing insights into the unique operational challenges of such environments.
