• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Develop and deliver training programs that are fully aligned with the stringent requirements of **GACA, FAA, EASA, ICAO**, and other relevant aviation authorities. Stay ahead of regulatory updates and incorporate them into training materials to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
• Drive Curriculum Innovation: Collaborate with instructional design teams to refine and update training materials, ensuring they reflect the latest advancements in aircraft technology, maintenance procedures, and industry best practices. Provide expert input on technical content and teaching methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
• Monitor and Enhance Performance: Evaluate trainee progress through structured assessments, practical evaluations, and constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and adjust instructional techniques to support individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous growth.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies

• Education: A **Diploma or Bachelor’s degree** in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related technical field, demonstrating a strong foundation in aircraft systems and maintenance principles.
• Certifications: A **valid GACA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License** or equivalent certification, ensuring you meet the highest industry standards.
