Key Responsibilities:

You will oversee the strategic management and growth of Dr. Scent’s social media channels, ensuring they reflect our brand’s values and connect deeply with our target audience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Content Development: Create and curate high-impact, culturally relevant content that aligns with Dr. Scent’s brand messaging and resonates with both Arabic and English-speaking audiences in Saudi Arabia.
• Community Engagement and Growth: Actively engage with our audience across platforms, fostering meaningful conversations, addressing inquiries, and building lasting relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.
• Influencer and Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with key influencers, content creators, and industry partners to amplify our reach, enhance credibility, and drive impactful campaigns that align with our marketing objectives.
• Market Insights and Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Saudi market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to inform our digital strategy and ensure we remain at the forefront of industry innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a proven track record in social media management and community engagement. The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2–5 Years of Experience: A solid background in social media management, community engagement, or influencer marketing, with a focus on driving measurable results.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage authentically with diverse audiences.
• Saudi Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Saudi social media landscape, including platform trends, audience preferences, and cultural nuances that influence digital engagement.
• Platform Mastery: Hands-on experience with major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite for seamless campaign management.
• Strategic Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, adapt messaging to different audiences, and maintain strong follow-up protocols.
• Organizational Acumen: Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and optimization.
• Industry-Relevant Experience: A background in FMCG, fragrance, beauty, retail, or lifestyle is highly advantageous, though not mandatory, as we value transferable skills and passion for innovation.
