Key Accountabilities:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and close IT projects with precision, ensuring they deliver measurable business value while aligning with organizational goals. Define clear project scope, objectives, and technical requirements to set the foundation for success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, infrastructure specialists, and security experts. Foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and problem-solving across all project phases.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. Implement robust mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure timely project delivery.
• Methodology Expertise: Apply best-in-class project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, to optimize project execution. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team performance and adaptability.
• Vendor and Third-Party Management: Oversee vendor relationships and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration and adherence to contractual obligations while maintaining high standards of quality and security.
• Quality Assurance and Change Management: Enforce rigorous quality assurance, testing, and change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal operational impact.
• Transparent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with senior leadership, including the Programs and Projects Manager, to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, risks, and escalations.
• Knowledge Transfer and Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer to support post-implementation success and ongoing project maintenance.
• Technical Proficiency: Leverage deep technical knowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and infrastructure to make informed decisions and guide project teams effectively.
• Multi-Project Management: Successfully manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform data analysis to define business rules and inform strategic decision-making, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills to align business strategy with IT solutions, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Professional Experience: 3–8 years of hands-on experience managing IT projects, with a focus on software development, infrastructure, or systems implementations. Experience in a Saudization-focused environment is highly advantageous.
• Certifications: Preference for candidates holding PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or CBAP certifications, demonstrating expertise in project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Expertise: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams, including developers, QA engineers, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Technical and Methodological Knowledge: Proficiency in ITSM, ITIL, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and ERP tools, as well as familiarity with process modeling tools to enhance project planning and execution.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive project success.
• Problem-Solving and Risk Management: A proactive mindset with a focus on risk management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to overcome challenges and deliver projects on time and within scope.
