As a Math Classroom Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and delivering innovative, age-appropriate mathematics lessons that blend theory with practical applications, ensuring students grasp foundational concepts while developing analytical reasoning.
• Employing interactive teaching methodologies such as group activities, problem-solving challenges, and real-world examples to foster active participation, curiosity, and independent learning.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans, assessments, and supplementary materials—including homework, quizzes, and examinations—that align with curriculum objectives and measure student progress effectively.
• Differentiating instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, providing targeted support to students who require additional guidance while challenging advanced learners.
• Maintaining a structured yet vibrant classroom environment that encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and confidence in mathematical reasoning.
• Collaborating closely with academic leadership, fellow educators, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student development and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and analyzing student performance to identify strengths and areas for growth, offering constructive feedback to guide individual progress.

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in elementary or lower-middle school settings.
• Proven experience teaching British or American school curricula, with a strong preference for those who have worked with Grades 4–6 students.
• Exceptional English communication skills, including clear pronunciation and the ability to explain mathematical concepts intuitively without relying on rigid scripts or visual aids.
• A student-centered teaching philosophy that prioritizes engagement, creativity, and adaptability to meet the needs of all learners.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills to create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere.
• Commitment to professional growth and a willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
