• Performance Reporting and Compliance: Oversee financial performance reporting across all markets, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and forecasts while maintaining compliance with financial policies, governance requirements, and licensing obligations.
• Advanced Financial Modelling and Reporting: Build and maintain cutting-edge financial reporting systems, including P&L models, interactive dashboards, forecasting tools, and standardized reporting templates to empower decision-makers with real-time, actionable insights.
• Risk and Opportunity Identification: Analyze financial trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market conditions to proactively identify risks and opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute corrective action plans that mitigate threats and capitalize on growth potential.

Qualifications and Competencies

We are seeking a **seasoned finance professional** with a proven track record in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or business finance, coupled with a passion for driving financial excellence. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline, complemented by professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA, FMVA, or FPAC.
• Experience: Over **10 years** in corporate finance, FP&A, or business finance, with at least **4 years** in a managerial or leadership capacity. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in **QSR, food and beverage, retail, or multi-branch businesses**, as well as those familiar with **franchise or licensing models**.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in **Excel**, along with experience using **ERP systems** and **Business Intelligence (BI) tools** to build and maintain financial models from the ground up.
• Analytical and Strategic Acumen: A strong ability to interpret complex financial data, develop data-driven insights, and influence strategic decisions beyond traditional financial reporting.
