• Full-Stack Development: Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring seamless integration between user-facing interfaces and robust backend systems.
• User Experience & Interface Design: Develop responsive, visually appealing, and intuitive front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Backend Architecture & APIs: Build and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases to support high-performance, secure, and scalable applications. Leverage server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js, .NET, or similar to create efficient solutions.
• Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance application performance, ensuring fast load times, minimal latency, and optimal resource utilization.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices. Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence and collaboration.
• Testing & Deployment: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure reliability and robustness. Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate and streamline deployment pipelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Full Stack Engineer with the following qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong foundation in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is highly valued.
• Backend Proficiency: Hands-on experience with back-end development using server-side languages and frameworks like Node.js, .NET, Python, or similar. Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and API design is essential.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Experience with version control systems such as Git, along with an understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
• Testing & Deployment: Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software releases.
• Code Quality & Documentation: Ability to write well-structured, maintainable, and documented code. Experience with code reviews and contributing to open-source or internal repositories is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
