Key Strategic Responsibilities

At the heart of this role is the execution of the Group’s enterprise AI strategy, where you will:

• Define and refine a forward-thinking AI roadmap that aligns with clinical, operational, and business priorities, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value.
• Curate a high-potential AI portfolio by evaluating opportunities across predictive analytics, generative AI, natural language processing, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, balancing clinical impact, technical feasibility, and scalability.
• Establish rigorous governance and prioritization frameworks to assess AI initiatives based on data readiness, risk mitigation, and return on investment, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Provide executive visibility into AI progress, risks, and opportunities, empowering stakeholders with data-driven insights to accelerate adoption and scale.

End-to-End AI Solution Leadership

From concept to commercialization, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams:

• Lead the ideation and feasibility assessment of AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational needs before resource allocation.

• Evaluate and select optimal model architectures, datasets, and AI frameworks, balancing performance, scalability, and ethical considerations.
• Resolve complex technical challenges through architecture reviews, problem-solving, and innovation, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and future-proof.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, assessing emerging technologies and their potential to address critical clinical, operational, and business challenges.

Building MLOps and LLMOps Capabilities

• Establish industry-leading MLOps and LLMOps practices to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring.
