As a Typhoon Pilot, you will report directly to the Flying Wing Commander and deliver high-caliber instructional flying missions for RSAF cadets. Your responsibilities will span the entire spectrum of the Typhoon training syllabus, from foundational flight training up to the Intermediate Post-Utilisation Ground Training (IPUG) phase, ensuring cadets receive the highest standards of professional development. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality flight instruction to RSAF cadets in accordance with the latest training syllabi, ensuring adherence to Royal Saudi Air Force standards.
• Mentor and guide cadets through all phases of Typhoon training, from initial flight exposure to advanced operational readiness.
• Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with cadets, superiors, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and syllabus alignment with evolving operational requirements.
• Collaborate with the Flying Wing Commander and broader team to uphold the highest standards of flight safety and professionalism.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 1,500 hours of flying experience on fast-jet aircraft, with a proven track record of operational proficiency and safety.
• Extensive instructional experience, including the ability to effectively train and evaluate pilots at various skill levels.
• Completion of at least one tour at the Typhoon Operational Conversion Unit (TOCU), with hands-on experience in all aspects of the C-to-I (Conversion to Interceptor) Typhoon syllabus, including IPUG.
• Strong leadership and people development competencies, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide individuals in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with cadets from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
