As a Senior Project Manager at Horizontal Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, leveraging best practices in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Horizontal Digital, clients, and vendors, ensuring transparent communication, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts to maintain strong relationships.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.
• Budget and Resource Optimization: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and drive cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or timelines.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize project management tools and KPIs to monitor progress, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Team Development: Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, empowering team members to deliver their best work.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in leading large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with a deep understanding of project lifecycle phases and best practices.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is a significant advantage.
