Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative digital marketing and social media strategies tailored to our target audience, ensuring alignment with WOC’s brand identity and business goals.
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content—including posts, videos, graphics, and stories—that resonates with our audience across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Community Engagement: Foster authentic connections with our audience by managing interactions, responding to inquiries, and cultivating a vibrant online community that advocates for our brand.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns, leveraging tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms to track performance and optimize results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, PR, and product teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors to continuously refine our digital strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:
