Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Engineering: Lead the design, analysis, and specification of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing, ensuring compliance with industry codes and best practices.
• Project Execution: Oversee the implementation of MEP solutions, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project timelines.
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on system selection, troubleshooting, and optimization to enhance performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, reports, and maintenance records.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to eco-friendly practices by recommending energy-efficient solutions and sustainable technologies that align with global environmental goals.
• Training & Mentorship: Support junior engineers and team members by sharing technical knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated Saudi national with:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in MEP engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD tools.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi and international MEP standards, including ESD, ASHRAE, NEC, and local building codes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
