Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Guest Engagement: Deliver exceptional service with a focus on anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. Engage thoughtfully, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to personalized hospitality.
• Table and Service Preparation: Set tables with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring presentation aligns with our high standards. Manage menu items with accuracy, verifying details to prevent errors and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Kitchen Coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and flawless service delivery. Collaborate seamlessly to maintain the rhythm of operations during peak and off-peak hours.
• Workplace Safety and Compliance: Uphold stringent safety protocols and adhere to company policies to create a secure and professional environment. Maintain a pristine appearance and ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Physical Demands: This role requires sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, and moving across various surfaces, some of which may be uneven or slippery. You will be responsible for handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and assisting with items up to 50 pounds. Tasks may also involve bending, reaching overhead, and performing repetitive motions.
• Adaptability and Initiative: Take ownership of your role by proactively addressing guest needs and resolving any issues with a solution-oriented mindset. Your ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver consistent quality will be instrumental in our success.
