Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement & Revenue Optimization: Utilize advanced sales techniques to maximize revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic promotions. Develop and execute personalized offers, including Marriott Rewards points, gift certificates, and exclusive perks, to reward guest loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
• Reservation & Customer Support: Manage all reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience for guests interacting via phone, email, or in-person. Process Marriott Rewards redemptions and input guest information accurately into our reservation systems.
• Brand Advocacy & Internal Collaboration: Champion Marriott’s brand image both internally and externally, fostering a culture of excellence that resonates with guests and colleagues alike. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and operational teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive guest experiences.
• Operational Excellence: Perform administrative duties to support Sales & Marketing, including filing, email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a polished presentation.
• Team Contribution & Development: Act as a role model by embodying Marriott’s core values—integrity, respect, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Support your team in achieving shared goals through positive reinforcement, constructive feedback, and a collaborative mindset. Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
