• Transaction Documentation: Record and document all financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Periodic Financial Closings: Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial closings, ensuring all accounts are accurately reflected and ready for review.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve supplier and customer account discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate resolution to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Financial Controls and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures that enhance financial security and operational efficiency.
• Audit and Verification: Conduct audits of financial transactions to substantiate their accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Payment Processing: Verify documentation and process payments efficiently, ensuring all disbursements are authorized and properly recorded.
