Key Responsibilities

You will lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering impactful infrastructure solutions through the following critical responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee high-level infrastructure planning initiatives, embedding them into Qiddiya’s expansive development framework to ensure cohesive, scalable, and future-ready solutions.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments of existing infrastructure systems, identifying strategic opportunities for optimization and enhancement to support project timelines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including engineering, environmental, and design departments—as well as external stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory bodies to align infrastructure planning with project goals and compliance requirements.
• Project Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of infrastructure projects, balancing technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and operational sustainability.
• Feasibility and Resource Planning: Lead the preparation of feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and resource allocation plans to empower data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Performance Monitoring: Track infrastructure planning progress, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to mitigate risks and enhance project outcomes.
• Team Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring junior professionals, fostering innovation, and promoting continuous professional growth within the team.

Requirements

To excel in this transformative role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership acumen:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is highly advantageous.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure planning, project management, or large-scale development—preferably within high-profile, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of planning principles, regulatory frameworks, construction methodologies, and sustainable infrastructure practices.
• Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, assess risks, and translate insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, international consultants, and community partners, with clarity and influence.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard planning and project management software, including GIS, CAD, or ERP systems.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), LEED, or similar are a significant asset.
