What You’ll Achieve:

As the architect of Mente’s brand collaborations, your responsibilities will span strategy, execution, and innovation. You will:

• Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture collaborations with leading lifestyle, wellness, beauty, fashion, hospitality, and F&B brands to align with Mente’s premium positioning and community values.
• Drive Trend-Driven Insights: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching local and global wellness and lifestyle trends, ensuring Mente remains at the forefront of cultural conversations.
• Develop Visionary Concepts: Craft compelling creative concepts for brand collaborations, exclusive events, and immersive community experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Lead End-to-End Activations: Oversee partnerships from initial concept development and partner coordination to seamless execution, ensuring every activation delivers maximum impact and engagement.
• Expand Mente’s Reach: Identify and pursue off-site opportunities, pop-ups, and innovative collaborations that amplify Mente’s presence beyond our studio walls.
• Measure and Optimize: Track the performance and ROI of partnerships and events, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance future activations.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Mente’s content and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across all brand initiatives.
• Build a Quarterly Calendar: Curate and manage Mente’s events and collaborations calendar, ensuring a dynamic and engaging schedule that keeps our community inspired.

• 1–3 Years of Relevant Experience: A proven track record in partnerships, brand marketing, events, PR, or a related field, with a focus on lifestyle, wellness, or premium brands.
• Deep Market Insight: A nuanced understanding of Riyadh’s lifestyle and wellness scene, including emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and the preferences of a discerning audience.
• Curiosity and Vision: An innate ability to spot trends before they peak, paired with the creativity to translate them into unique, high-impact collaborations.
• Communication and Negotiation Expertise: Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
• Premium Brand Aesthetic: A refined palate and an understanding of what defines luxury and exclusivity in lifestyle and wellness.
• End-to-End Execution: The ability to take an idea from conceptualization to flawless implementation, ensuring every detail aligns with Mente’s vision.
• Proactive Mindset: A resourceful, self-starter who thrives on initiative and isn’t afraid to reach out to brands, agencies, or influencers to expand opportunities.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent communication in both Arabic and English, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
