• On-Site Structural Leadership: Provide real-time technical support to construction teams, resolving structural queries, RFIs (Request for Information), and technical ambiguities with precision and efficiency. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, mock-ups, and samples, while identifying and mitigating site deviations or non-conformances in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Shop Drawings & Submittal Coordination: Lead the review and approval process for structural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, ensuring full alignment with design intent and project specifications. Collaborate with technical coordinators to streamline submittal workflows, track review comments, and validate as-built documentation for accurate project records.
• Technical Clarifications & Issue Resolution: Author and support responses to RFIs, technical queries, and site clarifications, while actively contributing to the investigation, documentation, and resolution of structural NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and quality issues. Maintain meticulous records of technical decisions and site-related resolutions to uphold project integrity.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration between structural, architectural, MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection), façade, and fit-out teams to prevent clashes and execution conflicts. Attend site coordination meetings and progress reviews to ensure structural activities align with overall project timelines and objectives.
• Quality Assurance & Snagging: Oversee snagging processes, inspections, and quality reviews to guarantee the highest standards of structural workmanship and finishes. Act as a quality advocate, ensuring every detail meets or exceeds project specifications.
• Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to lessons learned initiatives, focusing on structural detailing, constructability, and site execution best practices. Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth within the team.

Professional Profile & Qualifications

We are seeking a **Structural Engineer II** with:

• 8+ Years of Expertise: A robust background in design, construction, or design-build environments, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering deliverables, including design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Technical Acumen: Proficiency in building systems and discipline interfaces, including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. Deep understanding of design coordination, constructability, and design-to-construction workflows.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in industry-leading engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination platforms. Familiarity with CDE (Common Data Environment) and document control systems.
