As the Oracle EPM Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey, ensuring seamless adoption of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions while optimizing financial workflows. Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will be central to the following high-impact areas:

• Financial Consolidation and Close Leadership: Lead or support complex financial consolidation and close implementations, ensuring adherence to IFRS/GAAP standards, statutory reporting requirements, and corporate performance management best practices. Drive month-end and year-end close processes with precision, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and ownership management.
• Cloud Migration and Transformation: Design and execute migration strategies to transition HFM on-premises environments to FCCS, encompassing metadata migration, hierarchy redesign, business rule optimization, and historical data conversion. Utilize advanced tools such as Calculation Manager Rules, Essbase Calculation Scripts, On-Demand Rules, and Groovy scripting to ensure a seamless and accurate transition.
• Integration and Automation: Architect and implement integrations between FCCS and Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, and third-party systems using Oracle’s integration technologies. Leverage EPM Automate to automate scheduling, administration, and reporting workflows, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Stakeholder and Change Management: Collaborate closely with finance teams, executives, and IT leaders to assess fit-gaps, define target architectures, and develop migration roadmaps. Facilitate workshops, communicate complex technical concepts, and advise clients on modernizing financial processes through Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Technical and Process Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring emerging EPM capabilities, such as Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and strategic workforce planning (SWP). Align workforce strategies with business objectives, ensuring cost-effective and agile financial planning.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• 10+ Years of Oracle EPM Expertise: Proven track record of 10+ years in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management, with deep specialization in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). Hands-on experience in financial statement preparation, group consolidation, and statutory reporting is essential.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in migrating complex HFM environments to FCCS, including metadata, hierarchies, calculation logic, security frameworks, and data integrations. Strong knowledge of Calculation Manager, Essbase, Groovy scripting, and Oracle integration technologies is required.
• Financial and Compliance Acumen: In-depth understanding of IFRS/GAAP compliance, account reconciliations, currency translation, and intercompany eliminations. Experience in optimizing financial close processes and implementing corporate performance management solutions.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, communicate technical solutions, and drive cross-functional alignment. A collaborative leader who thrives in guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives.
• Bonus Qualifications: Familiarity with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), strategic workforce planning (SWP), and driver-based financial modeling is highly valued. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
