As a Field Service Engineer within our Customer Support function based in Abha, Southern Region, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service excellence. Reporting directly to the Service Team Leader W/S, you will be part of a dynamic Service Team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance of Radiometer’s advanced diagnostic analyzers. Your expertise will not only ensure seamless operations for our customers but also serve as a trusted advisor, educating and supporting healthcare professionals in leveraging our technology to its fullest potential.

In this high-impact role, you will:

• Deliver Technical Excellence: Perform advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of Radiometer analyzers for the assigned customer base. Ensure all tools and test equipment are calibrated and operational to maintain the highest standards of service quality.
• Drive Regulatory Compliance: Complete all assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and technical updates within strict deadlines, adhering to global regulatory requirements to safeguard both our products and our customers.
• Educate and Empower: Install analyzers and conduct comprehensive user training for healthcare professionals, ensuring they are equipped to utilize our technology effectively.
• Optimize Operations: Manage spare parts inventory with precision, accurately recording usage to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. Collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline service workflows.
• Ensure Cybersecurity and IT Compliance: Upgrade operating systems and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect our devices and customer data. Perform basic IT troubleshooting for Windows 7/10/11 systems, including IP address management and connectivity testing with Middleware, LIS/HIS, or EMR systems.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A University degree in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer specializing in healthcare diagnostics, medical devices, or Point-of-Care (POC) equipment. Your expertise should include troubleshooting, networking/connectivity setup, IT system upgrades, and proficiency with command prompts for device connectivity testing.
• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills to diagnose complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, as you will contribute to building a world-class service organization that sets the standard for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL databases, Java, or Mirth integration, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems, will further enhance your ability to deliver impactful results.
