Key Responsibilities

As the **Main Contractor’s/Developer’s Site Engineer**, you will assume full accountability for the seamless execution, resource allocation, and delivery of mechanical works across our high-rise development. Your strategic leadership will ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while driving operational excellence. Core responsibilities include:

• Technical Leadership: Oversee the installation of critical mechanical systems—including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and chilled water networks—ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Facilitate seamless integration of mechanical works with civil, electrical, and architectural activities, leveraging your expertise to align all trades for optimal project progression.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct rigorous site inspections at every stage of mechanical installation—from pipe routing and pressure testing to insulation and equipment commissioning—ensuring compliance with Saudi Civil Defense fire-fighting codes and international mechanical standards.
• Team & Subcontractor Management: Lead direct labor crews and subcontractors, fostering accountability for work quality, progress tracking, and adherence to project milestones while mentoring junior engineers to elevate team performance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, measurement reports, and inspection/test records to support interim payment certificates and change order evaluations, ensuring transparency and financial accuracy.
• Technical Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the Technical Team, design consultants, and site personnel to resolve RFIs, clarify technical queries, and optimize system performance through proactive problem-solving.
• Commissioning & System Optimization: Monitor testing, balancing, and commissioning of mechanical systems to guarantee operational efficiency, energy sustainability, and long-term reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking a **highly accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineer** with a proven track record in high-rise development, distinguished by:

• 10+ Years of Hands-On Experience: Direct, on-site execution in high-rise tower projects (preferably within KSA), with a focus on mechanical system implementation—not limited to design or consultancy roles.
• Specialized Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and chilled water networks, with a strong grasp of BIM-coordinated shop drawings and site verification processes.
• Leadership & Operational Acumen: Extensive experience managing labor crews, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with Saudi Civil Defense fire-fighting codes, mechanical standards, and QA/QC protocols, ensuring adherence to legal and technical requirements.
• Documentation & Reporting: A robust history of maintaining meticulous inspection, testing, and commissioning records to support project documentation and stakeholder communications.
