As the Accounting Lead, you will oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with international and local financial standards. Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in optimizing financial processes, mitigating risks, and fostering a culture of financial integrity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounting team to deliver high-quality financial statements, ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards (SAFR) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems, providing actionable insights to support decision-making at both operational and executive levels.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local and international financial regulations, including tax obligations, audits, and corporate governance requirements in KSA.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to align financial strategies with business goals and drive financial performance.
• Risk Management: Implement controls and safeguards to mitigate financial risks, protect company assets, and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
• Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performing accounting team by providing mentorship, professional development opportunities, and clear performance expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIA) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role within accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a strong track record in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
• Deep knowledge of SAFR, IFRS, and Saudi Arabian tax regulations, including VAT compliance and corporate tax obligations.
• Expertise in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or other industry-standard tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a team effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred, given the operational environment in KSA.
