Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flows to ensure liquidity and support operational needs, aligning with global treasury policies and regional regulations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including cash position summaries, foreign exchange (FX) exposure analyses, and treasury performance metrics for leadership review.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess financial risks, such as FX fluctuations, interest rate volatility, and counterparty risks, proposing actionable strategies to minimize exposure.
• Banking Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banking partners to optimize account structures, negotiate favorable terms, and leverage financial instruments for cost savings.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards, implementing controls to safeguard assets and enhance transparency.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with finance, accounting, and operational teams to align treasury strategies with broader business objectives, fostering cross-functional synergy.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in treasury operations and propose innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Treasury Analyst or in a similar finance role, with a strong foundation in treasury operations, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity in all financial activities.
• Familiarity with international treasury practices, FX markets, and regulatory frameworks is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred, given the regional context.
