We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 across diverse enterprise environments. This role demands a deep expertise in container orchestration, cloud-native infrastructure, and security to ensure seamless integration and high-performance operations for mission-critical workloads.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient OpenShift clusters tailored to production, non-production, and disaster recovery (DR) environments. With a focus on innovation and operational excellence, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Red Hat’s leading-edge container platform solutions.

In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End OpenShift Deployment: Lead the deployment and configuration of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4, ensuring adherence to best practices for high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Cluster Validation and Optimization: Validate installation prerequisites, network connectivity, and cluster configurations to guarantee a robust foundation for enterprise applications.
• Security and Access Control: Implement and configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ingress/egress policies, certificate management, and authentication mechanisms, including seamless integration with Active Directory for enterprise identity management.
• Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting: Deploy and configure comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.
• Networking and Resource Management: Configure NetworkPolicies, resource quotas, limit ranges, and etcd backups to enforce governance and maintain operational resilience.
• Security and Compliance: Implement Compliance Operator and Security Profiles Operator to enforce regulatory standards and enhance security posture across clusters.
• Multi-Cluster Deployment: Deploy and manage up to three OpenShift workload clusters across Production, Non-Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, ensuring consistency, reliability, and business continuity.
• Infrastructure Configuration: Configure OpenShift master and worker nodes, optimizing performance and resource allocation for diverse workload requirements.
• Data Foundation and Storage: Deploy and configure OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF) and storage classes, including multi-site data replication and disaster recovery capabilities to safeguard critical data.
• Advanced Cluster Management: Utilize Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) to streamline cluster lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and cross-cluster orchestration.
• Security and Container Registry: Leverage Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS) for threat detection and response, alongside Red Hat Quay for secure container image management.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• Proven Expertise in Red Hat OpenShift: Extensive experience in OpenShift Container Platform 4 deployment and administration, with a strong focus on enterprise-grade implementations.
• Networking and Security: Deep knowledge of OpenShift networking, security frameworks, authentication mechanisms, and identity integration with Active Directory.
• Data Management and Storage: Hands-on experience with OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF), storage classes, and multi-site data replication strategies.
• Advanced Cluster Management: Proficiency in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) and Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (ACS) for scalable and secure cluster operations.
• Monitoring and Disaster Recovery: Expertise in monitoring, logging, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning to ensure operational resilience.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in a multicultural environment.
