Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory and Planning: Provide expert guidance on optimizing our IT infrastructure to support organizational goals, ensuring alignment with technical enterprise architecture standards and principles. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems and applications.
• Infrastructure Design and Cybersecurity: Lead the design of both physical and cloud-based IT infrastructure, with a keen focus on integrating robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Project Specification and Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive specifications for IT projects under the Assistant Agency for Information Technology and Digital Transformation. Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of best practices.
• Resilience and Compliance: Advocate for and ensure the incorporation of resilience requirements within our digital infrastructure to mitigate risks and enhance system reliability. Regularly review and validate that our infrastructure technologies adhere to established standards and principles.
• Reporting and Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain periodic reports on the status of infrastructure technologies, monitoring their performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Present actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Lifecycle Management: Participate in the design and enhancement of the IT systems and applications lifecycle, recommending and implementing technologies that support innovation and operational excellence.
